Converts an object to a TorchOptimizer.
Arguments

(any)
Object to convert to aTorchOptimizer.- clone
(
logical(1))
Whether to make a deep clone. Default isFALSE.- ...
(any)
Additional arguments. Currently used to pass additional constructor arguments toTorchOptimizerfor objects of typetorch_optimizer_generator.
